Russian media is reporting Ukrainian forces armed with American cluster bombs attacked civilians on a Sevastopol beach in occupied Crimea. At least 3 civilians dead and nearly 100 injured.

The Biden admin was initially reluctant to give Ukraine these types of long-range cluster bombs due to their ease of use to commit war crimes.

There's no reporting of this in US media but seems like a possible shift towards attacking Russian civilian centers.
