Make more #MAGA folks believe that #DEI is BAD

⭕️DEI isn’t about picking people by race, it’s about making sure qualified people from all backgrounds get a fair shot

⭕MAGA thinks that’s “racist,” they don’t understand how #admissions, or #racism, actually works to hurt the whole country
